Meet Sudsy Story, the newest mascot of The Auto Spa — inspired by the soft blue car wash brushes that help keep your vehicle clean and shiny. With his big smile, bright blue look, and Auto Spa cap, Sudsy represents everything we love about what we do: friendly service, clean cars, and a welcoming experience for everyone who pulls in.
Sudsy is all about making car washes fun, especially for kids and families, while still representing the care and attention that goes into every wash.
Bella, short for Isabella, was the Story family’s beloved 12-year-old English Crème dachshund. She greeted every day like it was a celebration and loved her family with her whole heart.
When Mr. Willoughby (Willow) joined the household, it wasn’t love at first sight (or bite). But before long, the two became inseparable — curled up together for naps and chasing one another through the house.
Willow originally belonged to the Story family’s son, Jackson. When he moved to Washington, D.C., Willow stayed behind. Whether Bella needed Willow more, or a mom’s heart needed him close, we’re still not sure — but it was clear Willow wasn’t quite ready for a career in politics.
Bella passed in March of 2021 and will always hold a special place in the Story family’s hearts. Willow remains a daily reminder of her and the unique bond they shared. While many pets have been part of the family over the years, Bella and Willow’s relationship was truly one of a kind.
That’s why we chose to honor them as part of The Auto Spa family. Today, Bella and Willow live on as Auto Spa mascots — representing the love for pets, family, and community that’s always been at the heart of what we do.
If they could drive, this is exactly how they’d be cruising into town — top down and fur flying.
